A description of specific issues that resulted in the template being added may be included using this parameter. For example, adding {{para|reason|column scopes are missing}} will result in the template displaying:

== Adding to sections, tables, etc. ==
This template may be added to sections, tables etc by adding the appropriate word after the template name. For example,

placed immediately after a section header will change "article" to "section"
