This template for use on [[Wikipedia:talk pages|talk pages]] (and comparable pages, such as [[Wikipedia:Noticeboard|noticeboards]]) to show clearly that a discussion or section thereof is off-topic, so that later editors can skip over it if they want to.

==Usage==
You may either use {{tl|Off-topic talk}} by itself for the default message, or you may customize with optional parameters.

This template will cleanly <code>subst:</code>, though there's not any particular reason to [[WP:Template substitution|substitute]] it.
