[[WP:THREAD|Threading of replies on talk pages]] is done using indentation and lists. This template is used for ''out''denting a reply on a talk page when indentation gets too deep.

== Usage ==
To outdent type <nowiki>{{od2}}</nowiki> at the beginning of your new line of text (with no break or carriage return).

Example:

will yield

===Second usage===
To outdent type <nowiki>{{od2}}</nowiki> at the beginning of your new line of text, but replacing the arrow with a outdent link, add any value to parameter 1 ({{para|1|anything}})
