| How to navigate in the networking hall:
| |
| To navigate the networking area, you must click on "BMJ Networking Cafe" on the right of the screen. Once you are in the online Cafe, you must then click on a table to open a meeting session. If there are already people around the table, you will join a conversation with them. If there is no one around the table, you will be starting a conversation for others to join.

| People will appear around the tables as headshots on the chairs. When you click on a table, your headshot will move over to a chair, and you will be "sitting" at the table too! If there are no empty chairs left, this means the table is full and there is no room for you to join. In this case, please wait for a chair to become free or join another table with space! On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the headshots of participants who are already in the Networking Café, but who have not yet joined a table/meeting session

| How to invite someone to join the meeting session:

| Once you are at a table and in a meeting session, you will see an "invite" button on the left-hand side panel. When you click on this button, it will allow you to invite other attendees who are in the Networking Café. You will then see the list of available attendees in a drop-down list. Click on a participant's name to invite them to join the meeting. If they accept your invitation, they will join the meeting session immediately.

| Please note that you cannot invite people who are not on the platform or not registered for the event. You can only invite people who are in the BMJ Networking Café, and not already in a meeting session.

| Also, please note that email logins can only be used once. If multiple people try to log in with the same email, access to the event will be denied.

| =WIT Meeting=
| |
| For our virtual attendees who would like to take part in the GTNF 2021 WIT meeting, from 16:00–18:30 BST UK time on Tuesday 21 September, please use only the link below to access this meeting. You will be able to see and hear a dynamic panel: Diversity and Inclusion: Agents of Change and you can network with other online members in our Networking Café.

| If you are unable to join the meeting while it is taking place, then please look out for it on the GTNF 2021 platform. The Diversity panel, together with all our keynote speaker presentations, panels and bonus content, will be available for viewing in the replay section, and can be accessed for 30 days after the hybrid event closes.
