Reverted to version as of 14:55, 9 October 2023 (UTC) - Looking through the revision history, I see no reason for the overhauling of the seal. The design of the seal in the version I am reverting is completely different from the actual seal (see the article about the seal for details) and completely different from how it looks in real life. The old revision is correct
