Returns the current time in a given timezone (defaulting to UTC)

Examples

{{current time}} -> Current UTC is 05:50

{{current time|UTC+1}} -> Current time for UTC+1 is 06:50

{{current time|UTC-5}} -> Current time for UTC-5 is 00:50
