*The Spanish Government has launched a public consultation on a Draft Royal Decree on the regulation of tobacco and related products. The first part of the Decree aims to introduce plain packaging and a flavour ban for vaping products. If a country as big as Spain enacts a flavour ban it could have serious repercussions for the rest of the EU with the next iteration of the TPD due in late 2025 / early 2026. The consultation will run until 23 April and is open to citizens, organisations and associations (even if they are not Spanish). The consultation is relatively straightforward, all you have to do is send an email with your comments on why vape flavours should not be banned.
