There are 4 main ingredients in vapour products, Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, food flavourings and sometimes but not always nicotine.

None of these are unknown 'Stuff' nor is unknown stuff created by the heating process please see ENDS Public Health for a list of studies that sampled the vapour produced and air in vape shops for possible contamination, none was found in levels that would cause concern.
