Very minor change: Forgot to round some transforms of the crescent. Also realised that SVGOMG actually ungroups the objects (but not the clipped ones, and stuff), as noticed once the file has been opened in Inkscape, assuming that groups are part of the ‘editor data’ category. Otherwise, everything is practically the same.
