This template tracks version numbering in Unicode pages. It helps checking for version checks after an Unicode update.

When the page (article) conforms a newer Unicode version, one can update the number.

Usage

  • {{Unicode version}} → 14.0
The parameter |version=version number is required.
The number must be an existing (released) Unicode version.

Version number-to-date

Returns date of release: {{tlx|Unicode version/version-to-date|version=13}} → 2020

This template returns the year of release of an existing Unicode version.

Used in {{Infobox Unicode block}}. Data from parent template, as of 9-12-2022; month specifics not used.
