Returns the current time in a given timezone (defaulting to UTC)

Examples

{{current time}} -> Current UTC is 15:03

{{current time|UTC+1}} -> Current time for UTC+1 is 16:03

{{current time|UTC-5}} -> Current time for UTC-5 is 10:03
